Pineapple Cake Celebration Trilogy
Taiwan Tourism Bureau (TTB) promotes the island’s rich culture and travel experiences worldwide. In 2019, a short film series was produced featuring Taiwanese-Canadian pastry chef Jamie returning to his hometown, connecting with locals through food—learning the craft of pineapple cakes and discovering the authentic flavors of Taiwan from night markets to Michelin-starred restaurants—created as promotional content for the North American audience.
TTB 台灣觀光局致力於推廣臺灣多元文化與旅遊魅力。2019 年製作系列短片，以台裔加拿大甜點師傅 Jamie 回鄉為主角，透過食物與在地交流，學習鳳梨酥製程，並在夜市與米其林餐廳探索最道地的『台灣製造』，作為北美市場的宣傳內容。
